Go On Computer Classes - August 2018
Go On is an exciting support/training programme for people who want to find out more about technology and computers in a relaxed environment. Classes are held in libraries across Northern Ireland. Classes are FREE but you must be a member of your local library. Please contact your local library direct to book classes.

Mental Health First Aid Course - 22nd & 23rd August 2018- The Brain Injury Foundation, Camlough
Mental Health First Aid (MHFA) is the help given to someone experiencing a mental health problem before professional help is obtained. The aim of MHFA is to enhance understanding of mental health problems and how it can impact on individuals and society. This course will help you to develop skills, motivation, knowledge and confidence in offering help to those with symptoms of mental illness.
