SafeTALK - 22nd November - Silverbridge GFC - 7-10pm
Free Course facilitated by PIPS Hope and Support. SafeTALK is a three-hour training programme that prepares helpers to identify persons with thoughts of suicide and connect them to services.

Mental Health First Aid - 27th & 28th November - Culloville Community Centre 9-4pm
Course is fully funded through Protect Life Strategy Funds. Mental Health First Aid is the help given to someone experiencing a mental health problem before professional help is obtained. This course is appropriate for anyone from a voluntary or professional background who come into contact with the general public and is interested in learning more about mental health problems, how they impact individuals and how best to provide support.
