The personal information collected on a form, or otherwise provided to the Mental Health Forum, is gathered stored and used for the purposes of recording membership, staff/colleague, or client activity, and for facilitating communications and related information sharing from the Mental Health Forum. If membership activity extends to coproduction via the Business sub-group, personal contact information may also be shared with relevant others.
The personal information provided to the Mental Health Forum will not be shared with anyone outside the organisation without explicit permission unless otherwise required by law, and it may be held securely in both paper and digital form only for the duration of membership and a period of up to 1 year after membership ceases. Client information may be held up to 5 years from last point of interaction. Staff information is held in accordance with Human Resources policy for 5 years
