Our new 'Flights of Hope' project
is focused on gathering and sharing stories and inspiration about
Hope, Resiliance, Recovery.

You're invited to share elements of their stories and will house these on our digital platforms to inspire and encourage others who are challenged in their mental health and wellbeing.
We offer 3 ways to contribute:
(This can carry a name or be anonymous, some may carry photos)
All pieces will be messages following the same core theme:
"I was struggling with my mental wellbeing and felt hopeless, I sought help or found support, Life is now more hopeful, ... and I want others to know that they aren't alone and that they can find help and hope too."
*All contributions will be subject to potential editing before being placed in our website or booket, or shared on our digital platforms.
*If your contribution is accepted you will be contacted to confirm consent for inclusion.
*Peer Support and practical assistance will be available for anyone who wishes to contribute a Short Recovery Story, but wants help to get it into written form.
